AHUA Membership Exchange: Organisational Level Stress Risk Assessments
Register here
In a context of growing concern about work-related stress across many industries it is perhaps inevitable that there would be growing scrutiny of how organisations assess and manage stress risks. Its also true that the risks likely increase in an environment where the need for change, efficiency and transformation become part of workplace narrative. That means that change programs might benefit from are well considered organisational level stress risk assessment being in place or be vulnerable to requests for these in ways that could adversely affect or distract from efficiency and transformation initiatives.
This private, members only, member exchange is an online event hosted by Nicola Owen and Andrew Page Director of People and Culture at the University of Birmingham. They look at the industrial relationships and legislative requirements but also at the people strategies and governance of health and safety at the macro level and in a challenging environment.
This is open to AHUA members operating in leadership roles who might be thinking about changing their own approach to organisational level risk assessment proactively, may have received requests for existing practice to be reviewed or thinking about the current operating context and the implications of this on employee wellbeing.
