Message from David Duncan, AHUA Deputy Chair and host of the Spring Conference:
I am delighted to invite you to register for the AHUA’s Spring Conference 2022, hosted by me at the University of Glasgow, from 4 to 6 April.
Click here to be taken to the booking website and sign up for the Early Bird package before 15 February 2022. The final deadline for bookings is 4 March 2022.
The conference programme will include informative workshops and sponsor sessions as well as inspiring keynotes. We will be covering key topics such as the state of HE post-pandemic, freedom of speech, cyber security, organisational wellbeing and creating and leading innovation. High profile speakers will include Professor Sir Anton Muscatelli, Nicola Dandridge, Heidi Fraser-Krauss and Professor Mary Stuart CBE.
The conference will take place in the striking Gilbert Scott Building at the University of Glasgow. Plenary sessions will take place in the Bute Hall.
Overnight accommodation is at The Premier Inn Glasgow City, George Square. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of both Glasgow Queen Street and Glasgow Central train stations.
The AHUA is committed to making its events as sustainable as possible so this year all delegate items have been carefully sourced to be environmentally friendly and the conference brochures will be on a user-friendly Event App.
Attending an AHUA conference is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge by hearing from expert speakers, to make new contacts and meet up with old friends.
