This event has now taken place

Following the publication of the AHUA-commissioned research into race equality in university professional services, this workshop will bring together AHUA members and their nominated deputies, and participants from the AHUA Reciprocal Mentoring Programme, to develop a vision for race equality in professional services and to explore how the sector can move from insight to impact.

Facilitated by the NTU research team the session will take a participative, theory of change approach to identify the activities, resources, and conditions required to create meaningful and sustained progress on race equality within professional services leadership.

Using the research findings as a starting point, participants will work collaboratively to map potential pathways for change—considering strategic, cultural, and operational levers for action. The outputs from this workshop will inform AHUA’s future work in this area including engagement with other sector organisations in supporting change.
