AHUA Virtual Resilience Workshop

To register, click here This workshop will focus on a simple research based model of resilience, giving participants the opportunity to:

• reflect on their own resilience;
• discuss and compare strategies for personal resilience with colleagues in small groups;
• consider how to support those who work for them in developing their resilience;
• discuss and compare strategies for team resilience with colleagues in small groups.

There will be a short self-reflective questionnaire to complete before the session. This session is for AHUA members only.
