Moorhouse consultants Kieran Cooke and Amatey Doku have a wealth of education sector experience. The session is not recorded and discussions are intended to be held in confidence for participants.

Workshop overview

This interactive session will explore how you deliver increased financial sustainability that is aligned to your institution’s purpose and strategy; underpinned by data and insights; and takes staff on the journey of change. This session will provide an opportunity for you to collaboratively discuss with other members how these themes can underpin an institution’s journey towards financial sustainability.  Moorhouse will complement this discussion by providing insights from their work in the HE sector and beyond and sharing tools and approaches that you can use in applying these themes in your institution.

Who is it aimed at?

This is aimed at AHUA members who are responsible for designing and delivering institutional cost saving and efficiencies and trying to do so in more targeted, sustainable ways. You might be looking for new ideas and case studies about how to approach these, wanting to share ideas with others or hear about ways to move beyond organisational ‘salami slicing’ to a program of more targeted change.
